My stay at the hotel from June 23rd to June 30th was very clean and comfortable, with extremely spacious rooms. The staff were very helpful and friendly, making my experience enjoyable. However, the dining options were limited, and the hotel could benefit from a refurbishment. The location was nice with a reasonable pool but lacked in some cleanliness aspects.

However, there were no tea or coffee making facilities. The service was a mix; the cleaners were professional and great people, but the rest of the staff lacked uniforms which affected the overall impression. The location was nice with a reasonable-sized pool and a lovely coved beach perfect for children. The dining experience was average, with limited options typical for 'all inclusive'. The facilities were lacking due to the hotel being in desperate need of a refurbishment.
